Care instructions will be included with your package. Any type of jewelry, whether beaded or made from silver or gold, should be treated with some delicacy. Avoid exposing your jewelry to cleaning solutions, excessive amounts of water, abs rough wear and tear.

Your Etsy order will be shipped ready to be gifted unless it is an item of unusual size. Most items will be sent in recycled Kraft style brown paper boxes wrapped with some colorful yarn, as shown in item listings.

All metals can interact with a person’s skin to cause irritation. This is more likely in hot, moist weather. Each person’s body chemistry is unique. If you are having issues with any product, the best thing to do is coat the metal with a layer of clear nail polish. Test a tiny area to see how it will look. In my experience it is not noticeable at all. I am very sensitive to copper but I love the rustic look of the metal, so I coat copper ear wires with a thin layer, let it dry for a day, and then apply a second coat. This is usually enough to last for several years without having to reapply.

Crystals can be damaged through excessive mailing so I do not accept returns in most instances. Take the time to view all of the photos and take a look at a ruler to consider the actual size of the item you are interested in. I take many photos of each item to show it from multiple angles. Photos are not edited to enhance color, although colors may look different on different monitors.

Jewelry is both sturdy and delicate at the same time. No matter how careful you are, you can snag and pull out a jump ring, drop and item, or break a chain or elastic. I will perform basic repairs on items for free if you cover mailing the item to me. I will work on it and cover return postage. There may be charges if new materials need to be purchased for the repair.
